Terms of service
1. Operator and acceptance
AI Halloween (aihalloween.app) is operated by Chen Wenjian, an individual operator in China, established in October 2026. By creating an account, generating content or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Contact: support@aihalloween.app.
2. Service and AI models
We provide Halloween photo edits, costume concepts, image filters and 5- or 10-second image-to-video generation. Images use GPT Image 2 through APIMart; new videos use PixVerse V6 through fal.ai. We are independent of these providers. AI results can be inaccurate, change likeness or anatomy, and differ between attempts. This is not a professional fitting or identity verification service. Generation availability and safety restrictions apply.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Account holders must be at least 18 and of legal age to contract where they live. Keep account access secure and provide accurate details. Only upload photos you own or are authorized to use. An adult may upload a child’s photo only with parental or guardian authority and only for family-friendly effects. Report unauthorized account activity to support@aihalloween.app.
4. Credits and trial
Each signed-in account may receive one successful free AI image, shared across all image tools, subject to anti-abuse and capacity limits. Further images cost 1 paid credit; 5-second videos cost 5 and 10-second videos cost 8 paid credits. Videos have no free trial. Animate uses the same video rate. Credits are reserved before processing; confirmed failure or safety rejection restores the task’s credits. Uncertain submissions are reconciled before any replacement request. Successful creative results do not include unlimited rerolls.
5. One-time purchase authorization
Packages and USD prices appear on our pricing page. Waffo Pancake is our Merchant of Record and handles checkout, applicable taxes and payment processing. You authorize only the one-time amount disclosed at checkout. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic recharge. Credits are delivered to your account after verified payment confirmation; a browser redirect alone is not proof of payment.
6. Credit validity
Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while the service operates. They are personal, non-transferable, not cash and not redeemable for cash except for approved or legally required refunds. This is not a promise of lifetime operation. If we discontinue the service, we will provide notice and explain use or refund arrangements for unused paid credits, subject to applicable law. Media retention is separate from credit validity.
7. Refunds
You may request a refund of unused credits within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@aihalloween.app with your account email and order reference. Consumed credits are normally non-refundable, except for mandatory legal rights or a confirmed service error. Partially used packages are eligible for a proportional refund of unused credits at the original package price. Do not spend credits while a refund request is pending. 8. Billing disputes
Contact support@aihalloween.app promptly about duplicate charges, missing credits or other billing issues. We investigate payment and delivery records with Waffo Pancake. This request to contact us first does not waive statutory rights or lawful payment disputes.
9. Inputs, outputs and intellectual property
You retain rights to your inputs and grant us a limited license to process them for your requested generation, safety checks, storage and delivery. As between you and us, you retain any rights available in outputs, subject to provider terms and applicable law; copyright, uniqueness and freedom from third-party claims are not guaranteed. We do not use your private inputs or outputs to train our own models or publish them as examples without separate permission. External providers process data under their own applicable terms.
10. Acceptable use
Our separate Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. Pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate speech, child sexual exploitation or other child-unsafe content, deepfakes/impersonation, and copyright/trademark infringement are prohibited. Non-graphic Halloween costumes and supernatural ambience are permitted only within these rules. Do not evade moderation, create accounts to repeat free trials, attack the service, or use outputs to impersonate a professional or deceive others.
11. Privacy and security
Read /privacy for processing services, retention and rights. Card numbers and security codes are not stored by us; payment information is handled by Waffo Pancake and its payment providers. Inputs expire after 24 hours and outputs after 7 days; download permitted outputs before expiry. Safety holds may prevent access.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted access, exact identity preservation or fitness for a particular purpose. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them. To the extent permitted by law, Chen Wenjian’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Suspension and termination
We may block requests, remove content or restrict accounts for violations, fraud or security risks. Serious or repeated abuse may lead to termination and cancellation of fraudulently obtained credits, subject to applicable law. Legitimate unused paid credits and refund rights are reviewed separately. Request account deletion or appeal a restriction through support@aihalloween.app.
14. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in China, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact support@aihalloween.app to seek a practical resolution of disputes.
15. Changes
We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes through the website or account contact channel where practicable; urgent security or legally required changes may take effect sooner. Price changes apply to future purchases, not retroactively to completed orders.
