Acceptable Use Policy
Scope
This policy applies to uploaded photos, selected effects, generation instructions, outputs and all use of AI Halloween. Account holders must be adults. You must have permission from every depicted person and appropriate guardian authorization for children.
1. Pornography and NSFW
Do not upload, request or distribute pornography, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexual acts, sexual services, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
2. Violence and gore
Violence and graphic content are prohibited, including bloodshed, wounds, exposed organs, dismemberment, torture, killing, physical assault and animal cruelty. Zombie-style costumes, theatrical makeup, ghosts, shadows and eerie settings are allowed only when non-violent and non-graphic. A fictional setting does not exempt prohibited violence or gore.
3. Hate speech
Do not generate hateful, dehumanizing, discriminatory or extremist content, threats, targeted harassment or abuse of protected groups or individuals.
4. Child safety
Child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, grooming, exploitation, endangerment and other child-unsafe content are strictly prohibited, including synthetic depictions. Child photos are limited to guardian-authorized, family-friendly effects.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not generate deceptive likenesses, non-consensual deepfakes, celebrity or political-person impersonations, fraudulent endorsements, or material intended to mislead viewers about a real person’s actions or identity.
6. Copyright and trademarks
Do not use unauthorized copyrighted characters, protected brand assets, trademarks, logos or other material that infringes intellectual property. Owning a photo does not grant rights to every brand or character depicted in it.

Rule maintenance
The operator reviews the blocking library at least every 30 days and updates it when reports, new evasion attempts or policy changes are identified. Each revision records a version and review date; an overdue review pauses new generation submissions. The full prompt also receives semantic screening.
Other prohibited use
Do not encourage self-harm, facilitate illegal activity, evade content safeguards, remove safety controls, automate trial abuse, probe private assets or submit malicious files.
Moderation and private delivery
Generation instructions must pass prompt screening before reaching an AI model. Generated outputs are held from users until required output checks approve them; blocked or unavailable checks do not mean approval. Waffo Prompt Sift screens prompts. SeeAPI screens generated images and samples 32 frames of each generated video for NSFW and special-care content. Sampling does not inspect every frame or certify every prohibited category; provider safety controls also remain active. We do not offer a public user gallery. Provider safety settings remain enabled. Moderation rules are maintained and updated; no filter is a guarantee that all harmful content is detected.
Enforcement and appeals
We may refuse generation, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cancel fraudulently obtained credits. Confirmed rejected generation restores its reserved credits; purchase refunds and sanctions are separate and subject to law. Decisions and review outcomes are logged. You may appeal by emailing support@aihalloween.app with a task reference and explanation.
Report abuse
Send safety, privacy or intellectual-property reports to support@aihalloween.app with a relevant task reference or URL and the reason. We assess the report, restrict access where appropriate, preserve necessary evidence and take action or escalate as required by law. Do not email illegal imagery; describe the issue and provide a reference instead.
