What happens after payment?
Sign in before buying so your order and credits belong to a recoverable account. After checkout, the page may say “Verifying your payment” while the secure payment notification is checked. A browser redirect alone never adds credits. Check your balance in the generator or your payment history.
If generation fails
Confirmed technical failures release reserved credits. If the provider’s submission status is uncertain, the same task is reconciled before any further generation; a retry does not blindly create another paid call. A completed creative result does not include unlimited rerolls. Purchase refunds are separate from generation-credit compensation.
Downloads and retention
Download results within 7 days. Input access expires after 24 hours. Files remain private and are removed by scheduled cleanup after expiration. Videos offer 5 or 10 seconds (5 by default), 720p and MP4 with generated sound; actual export specifications are checked before delivery. No watermark-free or instant-generation promise is made before verified examples are available.
Read the refund policy, terms and privacy policy before purchase.
