Refund policy
One-time purchases
AI Halloween sells one-time credit packages with no subscription or automatic recharge. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown by Waffo Pancake at checkout.
Unused credits: 7-day window
Email support@aihalloween.app within 7 days of purchase with your account email and order reference to request a refund of unused paid credits. For a partially used package, the eligible amount is proportional to unused credits at that package’s original price, subject to applicable taxes and mandatory consumer rights. Do not spend credits while your request is under review.
Consumed credits and creative results
Consumed credits are normally non-refundable after a result has been successfully delivered. Creative differences or dislike of an otherwise delivered result do not entitle you to unlimited free regeneration. This does not exclude remedies for a defective or misdescribed service, duplicate charges or mandatory legal rights.
Technical failure and safety rejection
Confirmed technical failures or safety rejections restore the affected task’s reserved credits. This is an account-credit correction, not a cash refund. When submission status is uncertain, we reconcile the original task before deciding whether to restore credits or deliver the result.
Processing and access
We review requests with payment and usage records and send a decision to the account contact address. Approved refunds are processed through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Refund processing revokes the affected order’s unused credits and may revoke access to results funded by that order. Please download any permitted results before their retention period expires.
Consumer rights and contact
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. To discuss billing, refunds or complaints, contact support@aihalloween.app before escalating where possible; this does not remove lawful dispute rights.
